LAST GAME:  South Bend had both an early lead and a come-from-behind victory in Sunday’s back and forth 8-5 win over the Great Lakes Loons.  Yazy Arbelo’s first inning homer gave the Hawks a 2-0 lead, but the Loons rallied for a four run fifth inning to take the lead.  The Hawks answered with four in the sixth inning to take the lead back on the way to the 8-5 win.  Zach Walters was 3-for-3 with 3 RBIs, Arbelo had 3 RBIs, and Matt Helm and Ender Inciarte added three hits apiece.  Brian Budrow (WP, 2-0) got the win in relief with Blake Cooper (SV, 3) earning the save.  Brant Stickel (LP, 0-2) suffered the loss, allowing four runs without recording an out.
