Some interesting tidbits from today's Media Notes:
-With 35 games completed, the Silver Hawks are halfway through the first half. South Bend will play only 69 games in the first half, as one game was cancelled due to rain.
-South Bend has lost two in a row for the first time since April 29th-30th at Quad Cities.
-A victory tonight for Ryan Cook would tie him for the Midwest League lead with 6 wins. Cook currently is tied for second with 5 wins.
-Fort Wayne starter Mat Latos has allowed just one run in 18.2 innings this season.
-T.J. Hose has not allowed a run over his last 9.1 innings.
