LAST GAME: The Silver Hawks were held to just one run Sunday, as Dayton starter Matt Fairel (WP, 1-1) had his best outing of the year on the way to an 8-1 Dragons victory. Tyler Stovall had 4 RBI for Dayton, including a 3-run home run in the second against Silver Hawks starter Taylor Sinclair (LP, 0-1). South Bend’s lone run came in the first inning on back-to-back doubles by Jake Elmore and Alfredo Marte. A bright spot out of the bullpen for the Silver Hawks was reliever Sean Morgan, who went 4.1 scoreless innings and allowed just two hits for his best appearance of the season.

TEAM NOTES:
· The Silver Hawks overcame a 3-run deficit twice on Thursday (DH), the largest come-from-behind wins of the season.
· South Bend had a 9-0 lead in the fifth inning Saturday, the largest lead they’ve held on anyone this season.
· The Silver Hawks allowed 14 hits to the Dragons on Sunday, the most allowed this season in a single game.
· Silver Hawks pitchers have issued just 37 walks this season, fewest in the league.
· South Bend has played 11 of their first 16 games on the road, and will play 17 of first 24 away from home.
· The Silver Hawks have twice had chances to reach .500, but have lost both games.
· The Silver Hawks struck out 10 times yesterday, their 7th double-digit strikeout game on the season.

INDIVIDUAL NOTES:
· Saturday’s starter, Ryan Cook, ranks 7th in the Midwest League with a 1.42 ERA, and third with 19.0 innings pitched.
· Bryan Woodall is tied for the Midwest League lead with 3 losses.
· Brendan Duffy ranks 8th in the league with a .367 average.
